The ProHome^® Health Services Group of Companies is comprised of:

• Professional Home Health Care Corp. (the parent holding company)
• Kawartha Quality Care Inc. (acquired in 1997)
• Community Homemakers Ltd. (acquired in 1998)

Professional Home Health Care Corp. (ProHome^® Health Services Group of Companies) was established in 1997 by the Trudell Medical Group of companies in order to initiate the expansion of community health care services offered by Trudell within Ontario. 

Trudell Medical (Parent Organization) was established in 1922 by George S. Trudell in London, Ontario. Activities of the Group have grown over the decades to include:

• research, development, manufacture and sale of medical devices throughout the world, with a core technology in delivery of aerosolized medications
• sales / service of innovative medical specialty products to hospitals across Canada
• provision of community in-home health care services and staff relief services throughout Ontario.
