As a service provider and partner in delivering your Home Support Service, we are committed to providing sensitive, responsive, client focused care that will enhance and promote your independence, comfort and wellness in your own home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The employee that will be providing services to you is a certified Home Support Worker who can perform all the duties as outlined in your service plan. Our regulated health professionals supervise these individuals on a regular basis. Through your comments and/or suggestions and our commitment to continuous quality improvement, we meet our client's needs and strive to provide excellence in health services.

Personal/Home Support Services cover individuals throughout their life - from newborn infants to the elderly. The program offers assistive and supportive services to a variety of individuals and their families. Our workers assist with the normal activities of daily living that the person is unable to do without assistance or in a safe manner. Our workers will encourage and assist the client to develop his/her maximum level of independence within these activities.

ProHome provides these services through contractual agreements with the local Community Care Access Centers (CCACs), offering hospital and Long Term Care Facility (LTCF) relief work for 1/2 hour up to 12 hour shifts. Our private pay services include DVA, insurance companies and direct billing to individuals/Power of Attorney.

Whether you wish to supplement the care your loved one is receiving from the CCAC, LTCF or hospital, or provide relief for a few hours to allow a caregiver to attend to other things, ProHome Health Services can meet your needs.
